BASIC STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, June 1

We have a limited number of spaces available, and we need to know in advance so we can plan enough art and music supplies. SCROLL DOWN TO REGISTER

CAN I BRING A FRIEND? Certainly!  But they must register (and they must be a rising 4th-6th grade student).  If they are not registered by deadline time, they may not have the same materials as you do, but they are welcome!

ARRIVAL TIME: Between 8:30am and 9am. We understand things happen, but please don't be late.

WHAT TO WEAR: Clothes that are comfortable and you aren't worried about getting stained with paint or ink. Shoes are required. 

WHERE TO MEET: Check in at the Parish Hall first. Dismiss from the church (unless otherwise noted)

WHAT'S FOR LUNCH: Bring your own sack lunch. (We have a refrigerator and a microwave) Snacks and drinks will be provided.  You will not be allowed to bring food into the church.

WHAT CAN I BRING: Cellphones and electronic devices are allowed, but must be stored during classes. 

BRING YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT! No matter if you are a beginner or an experienced performer, we want you to be a part of our "orchestra"! 

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING ANY ART SUPPLIES... However, you might want to bring any interesting papers, textures, photos or anything you might want to add to your collage.  Don't have any?  We have plenty! 

CHECK-OUT: You are not allowed to leave the premises without an authorized adult. Check-out must be with a camp leader. Authorized adults must check out all students through a camp leader (Mother Clelie or Ms Vicki Miller)
